Terms of Service

Last updated 2 September 2026

VowBox provides digital wedding invitations for Indian couples. By building and paying for an invite you agree to these terms, and you confirm you’re able to enter a legally binding contract. Plain language, and specific to how VowBox actually works.

What you’re paying for

A digital wedding invitation — a private web page with your event details, hosted by us and shared by link. Pricing starts at ₹999 for the base invite (up to three events), with optional paid add-ons: extra events, RSVP collection, map links, and calendar links. The full price is shown, itemised, before you pay. All prices are shown and charged in Indian Rupees.

Delivery

Your invite goes live the moment your payment is confirmed. We email your invite link and a private dashboard link to the address you provide, and show both on the confirmation screen. There is nothing to ship.

Changes after payment

Once paid, your invite is locked and can’t be edited from your side. If something isn’t working right, email hello@thevowbox.com.

How long your invite stays live

Your invite and any guest RSVPs remain available until 30 days after your last event, then are permanently deleted (see our Privacy Policy). There is no renewal and no recurring charge.

Your content

The names, messages, and event details you enter are yours. You’re responsible for their accuracy and for having the right to share them. Don’t use VowBox for anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove an invite that breaches this.

Availability

We work to keep VowBox available and working correctly, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We’re not responsible for problems caused by your device, browser, or internet connection, or by a third-party service outage outside our control.

If something goes wrong

If a problem on our side stops your invite working as it should, we’ll fix it or refund you — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to VowBox is limited to the amount you paid for that invite, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting live invites will be notified by email where we have an address on file.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
